Privacy, in plain English.

We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it. Here's exactly what that means.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, company or website if you add one, what you need, and your message. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. That is our legitimate interest under UK GDPR. We never add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored in our database on Convex. The site runs on Cloudflare, which also checks the form for spam with Turnstile and sends our emails. Both process data under standard contractual protections. If the site breaks while you use it, a technical error report (the page, your browser and what failed, never what you typed) goes to Sentry, stored in the EU.

How long we keep it

24 months from your last message, then it's deleted. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Email hello@pallo.studio and one of us will handle it within a month, usually much sooner. You can also complain to the ICO.

Cookies

None. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or tracking you across sites. That's why there's no cookie banner.
